GAME RECAP
Our Broncos entered tonight’s match on a six game unbeaten streak, having not conceded a goal in any of the last five matches.  Unfortunately, those streaks would both fall victim to two goals from Hersey, the first coming on their first attempt at goal of the contest, in just the 7th minute.  Down 1-0, our boys carried on, managing to generate more offense than the visiting Huskies, but bitten by the inability to break through for a goal.  When Hersey punched in their second goal in the 65th minute, we knew the challenge became much greater.  We did play hard all the way to the final whistle, but walked away very frustrated with having registered 15 shots, but only getting 4 of those efforts on target and scoring no goals for the second straight game.  Hersey on the other hand tallied two goals on just 7 shots.  We will move forward and hope that Fremd falls to Buffalo Grove tonight, keeping us atop the MSL West.
